Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, with tags, and in its original packaging. We also recommend including the receipt or your contact details inside the package.
To start a return, you can contact us at support@dariofits.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the address which will be provided to you by our support team.
If your return is accepted, we will provide detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
The customer is responsible for the delivery of the items to our address. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item without tracking.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Return Costs
For returns where the items were not defective or damaged, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable; however, we provide store credit to help cover the return shipping expense.
At present, our return address is located in the United States. At this time, we are unable to provide prepaid return shipping labels, so customers are responsible for arranging and covering return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges for any other item or variation of it. To ensure a quick exchange, return the item you have, and we will promptly ship the new one to you. As with returns, you will be responsible for return shipping costs, and shipping costs are non-refundable.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days after delivery, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. You can still use the regular return policy for the remainder of the 30 days.
Refunds
Once we have received your return we will inspect it. If approved, you will be refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. The customer is responsible to notify us about having shipped the items and provide the tracking details.
